The Paulding County Area Foundation is continuing efforts to raise support for the Paulding Veterans Memorial, a community project dedicated to honoring local veterans and preserving their legacy for future generations. With approximately $192,000 already raised toward the $300,000 goal, the Foundation is encouraging residents, businesses, and organizations to help fund the remaining balance needed to complete the memorial, which will feature engraved veteran panels, service branch flags, benches, and commemorative sculptures.

The Paulding County Area Foundation has awarded a $10,000 grant to the Village of Payne EMS to help purchase a new life-saving automated CPR machine. The funding will support the replacement of outdated equipment with a new LUCAS 3 device, improving emergency response capabilities, increasing survival outcomes during cardiac emergencies, and reducing physical strain on EMS personnel while providing critical patient care.

The Paulding County Area Foundation is proud to announce the awarding of more than $90,000 in community grants to support local organizations and initiatives across Paulding County. The grants will help fund projects focused on public safety, childhood hunger, literacy, parks and recreation, housing development, emergency medical services, and community infrastructure, continuing the Foundation’s mission of improving quality of life throughout the county.

The Paulding County Area Foundation is celebrating the success of its 2025 Giving Tuesday Campaign, which raised an impressive $21,800 to support local charitable funds and community initiatives throughout Paulding County. The campaign highlighted the generosity of local residents, businesses, and supporters, with funds helping advance education, health initiatives, community development, nonprofit sustainability, and long-term community impact across the county.
